ACID SHIELD

ACID SHIELD pocket lining fabric same as CHLORINE SAFE which is  designed to maintain color integrity after chlorine or peroxide bleaching. Typically, denim color may lighten during bleaching, and standard pocketing often shifts to undesirable hues like yellow, brown, or pink. This color change occurs due to common dyeing methods such as direct, sulfur, or reactive dyeing, which are susceptible to oxidation during the bleaching process.

In contrast, we utilize VAT dyeing (indanthrene), a method that offers superior resistance to oxidation. This approach ensures that the fabric retains its original color, preventing any unwanted shifts to yellow, brown, or pink. Our Basic products are crafted with this advanced dyeing technique, ensuring vibrant and lasting colors even after exposure to harsh bleaching agents.
