We dedicated sustainable practices, such as recycling paper tubes and reusing packaging materials, demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental responsibility. By prioritizing waste reduction and resource conservation, we not only minimize our ecological impact but also cultivate a culture of sustainability within the organization. These initiatives are vital for promoting a healthier planet and serve as a model for others in the industry, emphasizing the importance of integrating sustainable practices into daily operations.

Reuse of Fabric Paper Tubes

We collect discarded paper tubes from the garment factory and reuse them for packaging new pocket lining fabric. These tubes can be utilized 4 to 5 times, significantly contributing to our sustainability efforts.

We hold a range of certifications including Oeko-Tex, BCI, U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol®, Global Recycled Standard, REPREVE, and Higg Index. Our advanced air jet weaving machines enable us to achieve a remarkable production capacity of 13,000,000 meters of fabric and 36,000,000 meters of dyeing each year. Additionally, we specialize in functional pocket linings that feature anti-staining finishing, acid and chlorine resistance, and high tearing strength.
Our new facility will utilize solar energy to power operations, significantly replacing most fossil fuel energy sources. This transition to solar energy will lower our carbon footprint and enhance our commitment to sustainable practices.
